I was glad that the horses were clearly well-trained since we have no experience.I was paired with sweet-heart who was gentle and easy to ride. The tack and gear were in excellent condition, which made me feel safe throughout the ride. The trail was stunning, taking us through wooded areas and I was able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We were treated to a short rest with some hot chocolate, marshmallow and ginger biscuit which was a lovely touch. The team even took some pictures for us along the way! The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring that we were all comfortable with the horses before setting off. They made safety a priority, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the ride.
